Geology Museum
If Menong's friends are interested in obtaining information about
rocks or geological materials in general, the Geology Museum located on Jalan
Diponegoro No. 57—not far from Gedung State and Gasibu Field—could become
the right place to visit.
This museum is one of the historical museums in Bandung and was inaugurated on May 16, 1929. It is divided
into the Indonesian Geology Room, which is on the right wing and demonstrates the origin of the earth, the structure and movement of the
earth's crust, rocks and
minerals, weathering, and erosion. A collection of native Indonesian
stones of various shapes and colors will amaze Menong's friends with
their beauty.
The other room, the Life History Room,
is on the east wing. The life history is divided into 4 display angles
(pre-Cambrian and Paleozoic, Mesozoic, Cenozoic, which consists of epochs
Tertiary and Quaternary), 1 corner of the fossil world, information on the history of its formation, Bandung, and artifacts and fauna relics that live in Bandung.

Exploring the geology museum, Menong's friends seem to have returned to the past. Every corner of the museum is packaged as a cool dish full of information. There is a collection of rocks, minerals, and
fossils equipped with audio information.

This museum operates every Monday-Thursday at 08.00-16.00 WIB and Saturday-Sunday at 08.00-14.00 WIB. Fridays and national holidays,
Lid. If you visit on a Sunday, of course it's the right time because Menong friends can go on historical tours as well as shop at the bazaars in the Cilaki area and the West Java People's Struggle Monument.

the Geological Museum, the Indonesian Postal Museum has already existed
since the Dutch colonial era. Founded in 1931, the museum is located
at Jalan Cilaki No. 73; this sometimes escapes sight. Located in the
wing
east of the central government building of West Java province, also known
as
Satay Tower. The Post Office Museum can be a recommendation for
historical tourism that is worth considering to visit besides the Indonesian Lawsuit Museum and the KAA Museum.
This museum presents a collection of Indonesian stamps and various
countries (there are 131,000,000 postage stamps), equipment such as parcel weighing,
postage stamps, securities, letter carriers, and others. For fans of Philately, of course, this museum is full of attractions.
